I broke the broccoli into smaller pieces, sliced the remaining sausage, and heated them in butter before adding three whipped eggs. I should have used a larger skilled. I did not think! Once the omelet had set (approx.), I added grated mozzarella and provolone cheese. The omelet folded nicely, but would not turn over.
